3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
a) Responding to your enquiries and requests
We use the contact form data to answer your questions, provide information about our services and, where applicable, arrange a free diagnosis session. 4. Retention period
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, for the duration of the relationship with the User unless they request its deletion. Once that relationship ends, the data will be blocked for the periods established by law to address any potential liabilities, after which it will be permanently deleted.
In the case of the newsletter, data will be kept until the User withdraws consent or unsubscribes.
5. Recipients and data processors
RelevX does not transfer your personal data to third parties except where legally required. However, in order to provide its services, RelevX relies on technology providers that may have access to personal data as data processors, with whom the corresponding processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR have been (or will be) signed. These providers are:

Each of these providers processes data solely in accordance with RelevX's instructions and applies its own security measures and privacy policies. We recommend Users consult those providers' privacy policies for details of their processing.
6. International data transfers
Some of the providers listed may be located outside, or process data outside, the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, those transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards, either because the destination country has an adequacy decision from the European Commission, or through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally established mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of protection.
7. Your rights
Data protection law grants you a number of rights which you may exercise free of charge. Specifically, you have the right to:
- Access: know what personal data of yours we are processing.

- Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Restriction of processing: request that the processing of your data be restricted in the cases provided for by law.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or request its transmission to another controller.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, you may write to RelevX at the email address adriamora@relevx.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.
Likewise, if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with current legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, or through its electronic office at www.aepd.es.
8. Security measures
RelevX has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of the personal data it processes, and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks to which it is exposed. Among other measures, the Website uses an SSL certificate that encrypts communication between the User's browser and the server.
9. Newsletter and marketing communications
Newsletter subscription is entirely voluntary and takes place at the User's own initiative. Every communication we send includes, at the foot of the email, a link allowing you to unsubscribe easily and free of charge at any time.
