What happens after you send it
Nothing automatic beyond the acknowledgement. We read every request ourselves, and if it fits we propose a time for the diagnosis that same week.
If from what you describe we can see automation will not pay off for you, we say so by email and save you the call. We would rather lose a meeting than waste an hour of your time.
Writing to us does not add you to any mailing list. If you want the newsletter, there is a separate box in the site footer.
What the diagnosis is
A 45-minute session, by video call or in person if you are in Barcelona. It is not a demo or a sales pitch: we ask how you work and take notes.
What your team does each week, how much time goes into each thing, where work gets stuck and which tasks repeat with the same pattern.
You leave with a list of processes sorted on two criteria: how many hours each frees and how much it costs to build. That list is yours, whether you continue with us or not.
