On this podcast we did not stop at nice theory. We prefer to demonstrate. Mid-recording we opened the laptop and built a web chatbot with AI live, with no edits or cuts, showing the guts of the system and explaining each step as we built it.
The aim was to dismantle a widespread myth: that artificial intelligence is smoke, something distant and reserved for large companies with huge budgets. The reality is exactly the opposite. AI, well applied, is an accessible tool that can transform the customer service of any business in a matter of minutes. And there is no better way to prove it than doing it live, on camera, so anyone can see it is real and repeatable.
